Pam Bilash is the Chief Human Resources Officer, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources when joining the Company in 2014 through its acquisition of onTargetjobs. Ms. Bilash brings the Company more than 25 years’ experience in talent management and in the information industry. Prior to joining onTargetjobs in 2009, Ms. Bilash worked for Thomson Reuters in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the healthcare group and serving on their Human Resources leadership team, in addition to her executive duties. Ms. Bilash is a graduate of the University of Hartford.

Jack Connolly is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for DHI Group, Inc. Since joining the Company in July 2018 he has held various positions including Corporate Attorney, Senior Corporate Attorney, and Vice President of Legal.  Mr. Connolly is responsible for managing all legal affairs, including intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate securities, litigation and employment law, data privacy, as well as supervising outside counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Connolly served as assistant general counsel at Workiva, where he worked and held various positions from 2012 to 2018.  He is a board member and treasurer for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Iowa Chapter. Mr. Connolly earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a J.D.  from Drake University Law School.

Paul Farnsworth is the President of Dice, overseeing sales, marketing, product and development for the Dice brand. Mr. Farnsworth previously served as Chief Technology Officer, joining the Company in February 2019. As an experienced leader with a strong focus on technology driving business objectives and a demonstrated track record of delivering excellence in software development, Mr. Farnsworth has served in a number of senior management roles over his career helping implement digital strategies for companies ranging from small growth companies up to global multinational enterprises.

Prior to joining DHI, Mr. Farnsworth served as Chief Technology Officer at Reed Group, where he was responsible for all aspects of technology delivery and support including; product software delivery, end user environment support, hosting, vendor strategy, client professional services and enterprise program management. Earlier in his career he was the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Level 3 Communications and held roles of increasing responsibility at Qwest Corporation prior to its acquisition by CenturyLink.

He has served as a board member at various startup and growth companies, advising on technology best practices and future roadmaps. He has lived and worked in Europe, India and the United States.

Alex Schildt is President of ClearanceJobs with overall responsibility for sales, marketing and product development.

Mr. Schildt has played a key role at DHI Group, progressing through various leadership positions over the course of 10 years, most recently as Vice President of Sales for ClearanceJobs and previously as Head of Sales for Health eCareers where he led both brands to record growth and revenue.

An accomplished executive with 25 years of experience and a diverse background spanning several industries, including Human Capital Management, SaaS, healthcare, media, and national security, Mr. Schildt has demonstrated record of leading teams, optimizing sales strategies, and driving results.

Prior to joining DHI, he was the Executive Vice President of Raxia, a Fintech start-up in the healthcare space. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Rural Physicians Group and Director of Sales at Lincoln Education Services.Top of Form

Mr. Schildt earned a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University. 

Greg Schippers is Chief Financial Officer of DHI Group, Inc. He has overall responsibility for the financial organization including financial planning, accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury, internal audit and tax.

Mr. Schippers joined DHI in 2014 as VP Finance Controller taking on increasing responsibility during his tenure.

Prior to joining DHI, Mr. Schippers served as Vice President of Finance at Jacobson Companies in Des Moines, Iowa where he was responsible for all financial accounting for the companies’ three business units and staff in the United States and Asia markets and overseeing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures domestically and in Asia.

Previously, as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Schippers worked with high-profile clients like Berkshire Hathaway, Wells Fargo, and E-Trade. He led SEC engagements and provided strategic consulting on complex accounting issues, earning recognition for his leadership and excellence in client service.

Mr. Schippers graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Sarah Knapp is the Chief Information Officer, joining the Company in 2021. In this capacity she oversees business systems, infrastructure, product support, security and compliance, ensuring seamless integration of technology across the organization.

A seasoned leader in optimizing cross-functional teams, Ms. Knapp began her career with DHI as a Director of Development and most recently served as VP of Technology Operations. Earlier as VP of Software Development, she played a pivotal role in managing the Salesforce centered Lead to Cash ecosystem, the Dice platform focusing on enhancing the employer experience and tech team enablement.

Prior to joining DHI, Ms. Knapp was at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink/Level3/tw telecom) where over the course of 14 years she led technology delivery across CPQ and ordering platforms, including a transformational self-service digital experience. She worked in various roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in Director Enterprise Systems.

Earlier in her career she spent 10 years at CGI (American Management Systems) where she worked as a consultant across Europe and the United States. Her expertise included system development and data conversion for customer care and billing platforms, contributing to large-scale technology implementations for global clients.

Ms. Knapp earned a BSc (with honours) in European Informatics from Sheffield Hallam University and a MIAGe (Masters in Computing for Business) from Université de Bordeaux.

Art Zeile is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and also serves as a director. Prior to joining DHI, Art co-founded HOSTING, a cloud computing services company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2008 until 2016. At HOSTING, Art formulated a strategy for a rollup of cloud services companies in the U.S. and focused on managing security and compliance for mission critical web applications. Earlier in his career, Art served as CEO of QTC Management Inc, a healthcare technology company, from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining QTC Management, Art co-founded Inflow Inc., a public data center company, and Link-VTC, one of the first companies to deliver videoconferencing services. Art earned a bachelor’s degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served in the United States Air Force from 1988 until 1993. Art also received a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University.
