Pam Bilash, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pam Bilash is the Chief Human Resources Officer, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources when joining the Company in 2014 through its acquisition of onTargetjobs. Ms. Bilash brings the Company more than 25 years’ experience in talent management and in the information industry. Prior to joining onTargetjobs in 2009, Ms. Bilash worked for Thomson Reuters in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the healthcare group and serving on their Human Resources leadership team, in addition to her executive duties. Ms. Bilash is a graduate of the University of Hartford.

Jack Connolly, General Counsel

Jack Connolly is General Counsel for DHI Group, Inc. Since joining the Company in July 2018 he has held various positions including Corporate Attorney, Senior Corporate Attorney, and Vice President of Legal.  Mr. Connolly is responsible for managing all legal affairs, including intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate securities, litigation and employment law, data privacy, as well as supervising outside counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Connolly served as assistant general counsel at Workiva, where he worked and held various positions from 2012 to 2018.  He is a board member and treasurer for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Iowa Chapter. Mr. Connolly earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a J.D.  from Drake University Law School.

Paul Farnsworth, Chief Technology Officer

Paul Farnsworth is the Chief Technology Officer, joining the Company in February 2019. As an experienced leader with a strong focus on technology driving business objectives and a demonstrated track record of delivering excellence in software development, Mr. Farnsworth has served in a number of senior management roles over his career helping implement digital strategies for companies ranging from small growth companies up to global multinational enterprises.

Prior to joining DHI, Mr. Farnsworth served as Chief Technology Officer at Reed Group, where he was responsible for all aspects of technology delivery and support including; product software delivery, end user environment support, hosting, vendor strategy, client professional services and enterprise program management. Earlier in his career he was the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Level 3 Communications and held roles of increasing responsibility at Qwest Corporation prior to its acquisition by CenturyLink.

He has served as a board member at various startup and growth companies, advising on technology best practices and future roadmaps. He has lived and worked in Europe, India and the United States.

Amy Heidersbach, Chief Marketing Officer

Amy Heidersbach is the Chief Marketing Officer, joining the Company in June 2023. Amy is responsible for the Company's digital marketing strategy, product marketing, demand generation and branding for Dice.

Ms. Heidersbach is a five-time, full stack Chief Marketing Officer, at Alteryx, CareerBuilder, Needle, Helping Hands Community, and most recently, at Persado, a high-growth, generative AI business. She has held marketing leadership roles at PayPal, Visa, and Capital One where she implemented large-scale digital, brand and product marketing initiatives to open new markets, accelerate customer acquisition and engagement, and drive significant revenue growth.

Ms. Heidersbach is passionate about giving back, as evidenced by her involvement in pet adoption organizations such as PAWS and her volunteer Chief Marketing Officer work with Helping Hands Community who developed a tech-first solution to getting food to food insecure neighbors. Ms. Heidersbach serves as an Advisory Board Member at NAMELAB INC and on the Executive Advisory Board for the Global Retail Marketing Association (GRMA).

Arie Kanofsky, Chief Revenue Officer

Arie Kanofsky is the Chief Revenue Officer, joining the Company in October 2019. Arie is responsible for driving growth and scaling sales opportunities for DHI’s brands globally. Arie has an extensive background in sales leadership roles within the human capital management industry. Prior to joining DHI, Arie was the VP of Growth and Head of Sales for Smartlinx Solutions. Previously, he was the Chief Sales Officer at Sterling Talent Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Sales for JobFox.

An entrepreneur at heart, Arie was the co-founder and executive vice president of JobExpo.com (formerly CareerFairsUSA prior to its merger with JobExpo.com).

Arie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Tampa.

Raime Leeby, Chief Financial Officer

Raime Leeby is the Chief Financial Officer of DHI Group, Inc., joining the Company in December 2023. Ms. Leeby has overall responsibility for the financial organization, including financial planning, accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury, internal audit and tax. Ms. Leeby brings over 23 years of experience with a background spanning emerging high growth businesses to large and mature organizations. She has held various senior leadership positions with finance and operational responsibilities focused on profitable growth, strategy, global expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and business transformation. She has diverse industry experience including manufacturing, tech, distribution, telecom and healthcare.

Before joining DHI, she served as Chief Strategy Officer and interim CFO at US Med-Equip, a company that provides life-saving medical equipment and solutions to hospitals across the nation. Earlier, she served as CFO and VP of Strategic Accounts at mission-driven biotech company AlloSource and as CFO and COO at tech education company Galvanize.. For nearly a decade, Ms. Leeby worked at Fortune 500 technology company Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW) serving in roles of increasing responsibility culminating in the CFO of Global Components, a business unit operating in the Americas, Asia and EMEA. Prior to Arrow, Ms. Leeby held financial positions at Level 3 Communications and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about developing talent, leveraging data/analytics, and driving business value through transformations.

Ms. Leeby earned a BSFS in international economics from Georgetown University. She serves on the board of advisors for SparkFun Electronics and recently completed two terms as a board member and treasurer for the Women First International Fund.

Evan Lesser, President of ClearanceJobs

Evan H. Lesser is the Founder and Managing Director of ClearanceJobs, the leading Internet-based career network dedicated to security-cleared professionals and employers. Since the launch of ClearanceJobs in 2002, Mr. Lesser has been a principal source of information, insights, data, and unique analysis on the defense, homeland security, and intelligence industries. For ClearanceJobs, his commitment to continuous innovation saw creation of The Cleared Network, the only online platform dedicated to secure networking between cleared professionals and employers.

Before founding ClearanceJobs, Mr. Lesser managed technical projects with CACI for the U.S. Navy's Science and Technology directorate at the Pentagon, and for the Joint Technology Panel on Electronic Warfare. Previously, he worked for Boeing on its Reserve Component Automation System program for the U.S. Army in metro Washington, DC.

Positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and its contractors, coupled with a broad information technology background in software development and training gave Mr. Lesser the knowledge and experience necessary to launch ClearanceJobs.com and its former parent company, Immedia Technology Group, Inc. Mr. Lesser has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Georgia in Athens, and lives and works in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Art Zeile, President and CEO, Director

Art Zeile is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and also serves as a director. Prior to joining DHI, Art co-founded HOSTING, a cloud computing services company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2008 until 2016. At HOSTING, Art formulated a strategy for a rollup of cloud services companies in the U.S. and focused on managing security and compliance for mission critical web applications. Earlier in his career, Art served as CEO of QTC Management Inc, a healthcare technology company, from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining QTC Management, Art co-founded Inflow Inc., a public data center company, and Link-VTC, one of the first companies to deliver videoconferencing services. Art earned a bachelor’s degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served in the United States Air Force from 1988 until 1993. Art also received a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University.
